Where area is Pop Up Paddles NM Based?

We are residents of Albuquerque New Mexico and have played at many of the courts within the city.
Are you an official reseller of JOOLA and HEAD?

Yes! We have accounts/partnerships and contacts with JOOLA and HEAD and we are official resellers of products of those brands.
Where do you do pop up events?

We would love to be able to do pop up shops at pickleball related events, local tournaments, grand openings of new courts and court facilities. Email us at Popuppaddlesnm@gmail.com if you have an event you think we might be interested in popping up at!
Why should we order from you rather than from the main product distributers?

There are many benefits to ordering from us. -We are local, and you can contact us much easier than contacting the customer service of a larger company. -The product is shipped to our business first, which is safe and secure, no chance of porch pirates. - We inspect all products on arrival to ensure everything looks good and nothing was damaged in shipping. If you do an in-person delivery with us, we guarantee that your product will be undamaged.
How do we demo products?

We will offer product demos when we have a pop-up shop at events. We also like to participate in open plays and other group plays. Times can be scheduled to demo paddles or just see the accessories at an open play (dependent on availability and scheduling!) If you are interested in trying a paddle, email us at popuppaddlesnm@gmail.com or text us at 505-738-3512 and we can coordinate when and where we can make this happen.
Does a demo cost money?

At the moment no! We're happy to meet up at the courts during some open play times or other scheduled times to let you try out some paddles.
Can I pick up a purchase or do you deliver locally?

We prefer to cut the middle man out and we are happy to deliver locally! If you choose the local delivery option, we will reach out to you via email/text to find discuss where the best place might be to deliver your product! In person handoffs ensure that there are no lost packages or damaged goods during transport.
Are the out-of-stock items available to order?

Yes! We can essentially carry any item from JOOLA and Head and their respective websites, however, we currently don't have the ability to house such a big inventory. We would be happy to place custom orders for you to get you the product you want.
Do you only carry pickleball items?

We are the first pickleball focused store in New Mexico, but we are actually lovers of all raquet sports! We are resellers of JOOLA and HEAD who also sell table tennis, Raquetball, and tennis items. We are happy to order you an item within their online catalogues.
